From minor refurbishments to entire new build premises, we will provide a thorough clean of your premises when the builders leave.

The amount of dirt and dust generated by building works is phenomenal, so a thorough clean is essential for both aesthetic and Health and Safety reasons.

What’s included in our Building Cleans Service

This list will give you a flavour of what we do on a Building Clean, more specific items can be tailored

Stairs

• Clean and sweep thoroughly and lightly mop down
• Fully clean between all balustrades and spindles.

Kitchens and Fittings

• Remove dirt from tops of equipment, spray and wipe clean
• Sinks, Taps are spot cleaned and polished.

Bathrooms and Ensuites

• Thoroughly soak, remove labels and coverings from sanitary ware.
• Remove all paint, plaster, clean and polish
• Baths, Showers, Sinks & Taps are spot cleaned and polished

Floor Finishes

• Remove protective floor covering and tape where necessary
• Carpet areas are thoroughly vacuumed.
• Any stains or non-removable marks are reported to the Site Manager immediately
• Skirting boards are cleaned thoroughly
• Other flooring areas have any residues removed as required, are thoroughly swept and cleaned of dust, lightly mopped, the dried and polished, which ensures the smearing of dust and dirt does not occur including the skirting
• Floors are cleaned and polished in a manner suitable to the finish of the material

External Windows, Doors and Balustrades

• All window frames, sills, doors and frames are wiped down leaving glass and frames in clean condition with no smears or scratches.
• Any external balustrades and handrails to be wiped down and cleaned, leaving no smears or scratches
• Soffits are all wiped down.
• We leave all surfaces in a clean condition
• Lower level roof finishes, external lighting and rainwater good and soffits are wiped clean

Rubbish Disposal

• We clear and dispose of all rubbish, in relevant specified containers on site, as directed by the Site Manager.
